Upon Life's Journey I Proceed

Perhaps you will be catching up
Somewhere along the track
Then again I could be wrong
Maybe you will never come back

Upon life's journey I shall proceed
Perhaps I will hear from you
Whilst I will think of you often
Writing will be helping me through

I shall make every moment count
Because time quickly flies by
I will pour emotions into rhyme
Since we have never said goodbye
